When setting the cushion height, the most taboo is to pull the cushion too high (there are many middle school students like to play cool on the road, deliberately pull the cushion very high, pretending that their feet are very long). Such cushion height will make the knees straight when stepping on it, which is a very dangerous action! It is necessary for legs to step and turn frequently like cycling. If the knees are straightened at this time, it will not only make the trampling have a "stop point", which will affect the continuity of trampling, but also hurt the knee joints and leg ligaments when the knees are straightened. Although there will be an illusion of "straight out" of the trampling force when the cushion is pulled high, it seems that this posture is necessary to step out, but in fact, no matter the muscle or knee joint, it is easy to wear and hurt at this time. So remember one thing! Do not let your knees straighten when riding.
The height of the cushion should not be too low. Generally, beginners are not used to the riding posture with high center of gravity, so they often pull down the height, and pull too much, so that the "squat riding" posture will make the strength of the legs unable to stretch. Although they are more comfortable when riding (because the center of gravity is low, and the sole of the foot can step on the ground), they can not stretch the legs, calves, and knees Will let you ride not fast, long time down also easy to cause muscle and joint wear.

Front and rear seat cushion position
In fact, the front and back position of the cushion is also closely related to the knee joint, but it is often the most easily neglected section. Generally speaking, car owners or car shops often use "good-looking or not?" Or "cool or not?" It's not right to wait for appearance factors to determine the front and back position of the cushion. The front and back position of the cushion, as well as the height of the cushion, also affects the knee joint, so you must be careful when setting it.
The setting of the front and back position of the cushion is actually quite simple: first sit on the cushion, put the foot on the right position of the pedal, then step on it a few times, and then place the pedal horizontally. This is that the vertical line of the "knee point" of the front foot should just pass through the center position of the pedal (that is, the pedal axis), so it is finished! If the vertical line does not pass through the center position of the pedal, adjust the position of the cushion in turn. The seat cushion position is too far ahead, while figure C4 is too far behind. Too far ahead or behind the seat cushion position will affect the foot force of the legs, which is also closely related to the knee wear, so it should not be careless.
This position is not dead, of course, but a little elastic: if the position is a little bit more behind, it can make the thigh output better and more direct, and it is suitable for the high-powered man who likes the way of "big foot trampling"; if the position is a little bit more in front, it can dye the knee and calf to rotate more smoothly, and it is suitable for the friend who likes "she can rotate" (trampling output is smaller, but trampling Faster). But no matter forward or backward, the moving position shall not exceed the standard position by more than 2.5cm, otherwise, the knee and muscle will be injured easily.
